Track Your Order
1. Once your order has shipped, our system will send you an email with your parcels tracking information. This normally takes between 1 - 2 days after order placement.

3. How long does it normally take before you receive your item? Approximately 3 - 5 working days within Australia, rest of the world between 7 - 21 days

Returns & Exchange
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If not simply send it back within 30 days of receiving the item and we will gladly exchange or refund it for you! Please note this applies to full price items only and returned items must be in its original box and/or packaging unopened.
We're confident that you'll love Mosmann Underwear so much that if the pair you chose doesn't fit, you can keep them free of charge, we'll also give you a store credit for you to buy something else you like.
If your order was a multi pack or multiple single items, make sure you only try on one pair and don't open the remaining pairs. We'll give you a store credit or exchange on the entire multipack/order as long as we receive the remaining unworn pairs back in a suitable timeframe. In this case, our Underwear Guarantee will only be valid if the unopened/unworn pairs are returned.
To initiate a return for multi packs or request a credit on your first pair, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will instruct you on how to return the unworn/unopened pairs and/or to get a store credit.
Goods on which a return is not available
Mosmann Australia will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the returns policy under any circumstances:
- Any sale or voucher items (Store credit can be provided on returned items)
- Items not purchased through www.mosmannaustralia.com
- For hygienic reasons - socks
- For hygienic reasons - underwear
- Final sale and clearance items
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse (Usually around 72 hours of receipt) your refund/exchange will be processed and credit/s will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days and you will get a confirmation email.

Returns / Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility as well as its safe arrival to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. We recommend posting the item back with mail tracking, although rare sometimes item’s can go missing in transit, Mosmann Australia will not be responsible for non arrivals . You will be notified by our warehouse staff when the goods have arrived.
Note that items returned which drop the original cart value below the free shipping threshold will be refunded less the ship cost that would have been charged initially.
Cancellations after ship out will need to be returned at the purchasers expense and must be received by our warehouse prior to any refunds.
